Cold meat soba, a specialty of Yachi, Kahoku-cho, Yamagata Prefecture, is a very popular dish throughout the year. The owner's wife is from Yachi, and since opening the Omachi store about 40 years ago, we have been serving Sendai as a pioneer in cold meat soba.
