This is a handmade soba restaurant located in Ebetsu City, Hokkaido. The landmark is a log house with a red door, green roof, and the scent of wood. Freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled soba noodles go down easily and have a refreshing soba aroma. The log house built by the owner himself has a nostalgic feel and is overflowing with the warmth of wood, allowing you to relax and enjoy your soba noodles. We use stone-ground flour produced in Hokkaido (Mashu flour) by hand every morning.
