We use stone-ground buckwheat flour to make soba noodles every day. In the evening, we have a wide selection of the manager's proud local sake and recommended authentic shochu, and you can enjoy a glass of soba restaurant a la carte. We also offer a la carte dishes so that you can enjoy not only soba but also alcohol. Please feel free to visit us. Please note that since our shop is hand-made, there is a limit to the number of items that can be made in a day. Please forgive us if the item is sold out.

Tendon 1,450 yen (tax included) The rice is served with tempura mixed with Skunk Basho's original sweet and spicy sauce. Comes with warm mini soba noodles.
Kashiwazaru 1,100 yen (tax included) A warm dipping sauce full of aromatic chicken flavor.
Katsudon 1,250 yen (tax included) Crisply fried and juicy cutlet is on top. Comes with warm mini soba noodles.
