While maintaining popular dishes such as ``Homemade Beef Tongue Curry'' and ``Homemade Bouillabaisse,'' we have also introduced Teppanyaki. In addition to Western food, there are also Chinese and Japanese dishes on the menu, all of which can be enjoyed with alcohol. We use carefully selected local ingredients such as Kuroge Wagyu beef from Sendai, Noda duck from Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture, seafood fried at fishing ports within the prefecture, and fresh vegetables.
