Kikune's soba is sweet, chewy, and full of flavor.We are particular about freshly ground buckwheat flour, and we hand-mill carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour in-house every morning in a slow-rotating stone mill. The noodles are Kanto style and are characterized by their sweetness.
