The famous Takeda Zangi (500 yen tax included) has this hearty feel. The meat that juts out of the bowl and the glossy sauce with the aroma of spices are irresistible. The chicken is cut into large pieces, marinated in an original sauce, and fried to order so that customers can enjoy it freshly fried. Then, to finish it off, a special sauce of your choice is added. There are four types of sauce: ``salt sauce'', ``Genghis Khan'', ``cheese mayonnaise'', and ``ponzu sauce''. This sauce creates a unique taste that is not typical in a good way.
