Using Koshihikari rice from Onan Town, Shimane Prefecture, which is a rice-producing region, our kama-meshi with plenty of toppings is cooked in one pot to order. Please enjoy the steaming hot pot rice. We also recommend the ``Korean Pork Belly Yakiniku'', which is full of local Iwami pork and fresh vegetables grown on our own farm.
