The 700 yen Kurume ramen (tonkotsu) made by the owner from Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is made with thin straight noodles, soup made with pork bones, pork back fat (crunchy), wontons, and pork belly. It's finished in a cup! ! *Be prepared for the smell of pork bones. We also have takana fried rice and chashu rice bowl as side menus. *Eggs are not used in the two types of noodles.
