This is a new store that just opened in July 2023. The ramen soup is seasoned with seafood and chicken, and is blended with two types of soy sauce and white soy sauce, and four types of dark, light, tamari, and fish sauce. Since onions are used instead of green onions, the crunchiness, bitterness, and later on the sweetness melts into the soup, resulting in a different taste. The noodles are chewy and firm with low water content. We are proud to offer delicious ramen that you will never get tired of, so please come and try it.
