We use two types of char siu, shoulder roast from Spain, and our unique manufacturing method and combination of seasonings make the meat extremely smooth and delicious. The chicken char siu is Hamachen chicken, grown in the natural environment of Nanyo, Ehime Prefecture, and the meat is juicy and has no odor, making it light and delicious.
