We will provide hospitality to our customers in the form of a ``Locanda'' that is both a restaurant and a place where you can stay overnight. Please spend a night experiencing the four seasons with all five senses. "A dish inspired by nature" is born out of respect for Hokkaido's rich nature. We sublimate seasonal ingredients that are directly sourced from the producers into simple dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, delivering the flavors of Hokkaido as they are.
